I can tell you are really excited about this style. Thank you for the review! I am 53 and have similar coloring. My natural hair was brown with warm/red tones but now I am grey. I can't seem to find the right shade, but it's ashy with brown bits. Nothing like I used to have. Thin, fine, it's a mess. I can't feel "pretty" without the wigs. Anyway, the 12/22 feels much better because it's so ashy. I'm not quite ready to be "gray" probably psychological more than anything! But grey looks so old on me. Yuck. But 12/22ss is just the right shade to be ashy and still somewhat youthful. 17/23ss is also a bit more ashy and I can pull that one off without feeling "old." I do love the caramel colors on you too so wear them because you still can! You are beautiful!😀

I love this wig. I have it in this color and the 10/22. I am 57 and born a brunette, this so far is the best color for me. You look fantastic!

RW, Gabor, HUW wigs are my favorites due to their impeccably done lace fronts and b/c they bring the highlights all the way to the root in the front of their wigs. IMO, these are the most realistic, natural looking wigs on the market. The biggest downside to these wigs is that, the vast majority, are made with heat friendly fibers. I very much prefer the ease of regular synthetic fibers, but, imo, the trade-off of the realistic, natural look of the RW, Gabor line (short wigs, only!) outweighs the ease of care found with regular synthetic fibers. Thanks, Denise, for all the work you do in teaching about the wig wearing journey! ❤ e.t.a. Denise, this style in the Shaded Cappuccino is very flattering on you. You look so pretty!

Thank you so much!! My preference for shorter wigs is heat friendly fibers due to the realism. Straight ones are pretty easy to care for, but the curly and wavy ones are more challenging.

I need it to be wash and wear and have the style come back without any styling. How did it wash up? I am 77 and looking for greys/silvers, maybe a bit darker grey than the 56/60 or with a darker part if there is a color like that. Is the shaded biscuit sort of grey? What about some wispy bangs? Sure wish it came in a large. I don't do instagram. Has it been posted elsewhere?

I’ve been watching you for some time now and am just starting alternative hair due to medical issues. I’ve always worn bangs my whole life sometimes wispy sometimes thick. Wispy is my only option now and I’m rapidly loosing that option. Im not ready for a total gray and love this color option. I’ve been dying my hair for decades to a dark brown which used to be my natural color. Can you do a wispy bang in this piece? Thank you for your vulnerability and honest opinions.

Yes, I think it would look great with one.... plus since it is heat friendly if it doesn't lay quite right because of the waves then you could take a little heat from a hot air brush, hot comb, or even a round brush and hair dryer and that should fix them right up.

Hi! Absolutely!! Sometimes you have to take a little heat to the bangs to get them to lay flat, but that would be no problem with this one.

It looks beautiful ..I ordered this from a company and they sent the wrong colour .. My husbands been quite sick …so I didn’t send it back ..That being said I was so excited to get a wig .. Have had it 2 months now …and only worn it once .. My hair is more blonde 🥲 That’s my wig experience
