I was at this show. I believe it was in 1977. It was filmed at Hofstra University on Long Island. I think he sung 4-5 songs. Two band members went on to form Mr. MISTER in the middle 80's. Still listening today and remembering all the concerts I went to watching the Bee Gees when they came to the New York area.

Yes! I can see now how intimidating that must've been. When Andy was a child his brothers had already written songs that are considered some of the greatest songs ever written! Such as, "To Love Somebody" and "How Can You Mend a Broken Heart". Andy himself wrote some fabulous songs too!! 😊 I wish he had had more confidence in his abilities despite the circumstances.

Sadly, drugs and alcohol were his vices. All the fame went to his head and it clouded his judgement, especially with how young he was. His brothers and Robert Stigwood did their to protect his well-being and finances, but unfortunately Andy couldn't break free from addiction.
