Good content 👍🏼 I’m sure it’s dependent on the builder but if I was to purchase a lot, how long is the time frame to build? Could I build 2 years later? The reason I ask is I work for a FD and have about 4 years left until I can retire. Then my family and I will relocate to the DFW area. I have thought about transferring as well but unsure, thank you.

Hey Shane! Thank you for watching. For these types of neighborhoods you would have to build right away. Build times currently are 6-8 months usually. They also have spec homes with are pre built homes that they sell. I was a fireman for about 7 years in Mckinney Tx. Let me know if I can help answer any questions now or in the future! 972-498-1995
