@@aashnarafiq116 Houston area can get Hurricanes, but Dallas definitely doesn’t. We are too far north. We get warnings usually in the spring time, but I’ve been here my whole life just about and I’ve never seen one or know someone who has.

@@flamesniper126 Richardson is all older homes and Garland is as well for the most part. They have a little new construction, but not much. I don’t think anything in that range. Your best bet would be Forney or Mesquite if you need to be close. Feel free to reach out so we can set up a search!

@ There is some new construction, but not in that price point. This cities are mainly built out so not as many options as you will see going out east or north.

Even with $100k price reduction, affordability is beyond for middle class families. Location is so far out but the price is unreasonable for many people 😢

@@amenjiru5679 These are high end luxury homes 🏠 There are tons of new construction at less than half the price of these homes all over 👍 We work all price points!

@@MarquisGaming237 Thank you for the kind words! They are a solid builder all over DFW. The biggest downside is they have a more traditional outdated styling that isn’t for everyone. Let me know if I can ever help you with making a move 👊

The maintenance costs on that pool are astronomical. In a few more years, they will probably drain. The evaporation alone means you are going to be going through thousand of gallons every single month. This 14 acre lagoon costs, according to the company that built it, $9600/acre per month, that means it costs $134,400/month for the pool. That is outrageous.

You have a habit of just pointing to a room like a bathroom, laundry rooms or smaller area and not going in to show the room.

You have a habit of just opening a door and pointing out a room without going into the room and showing it, especially bathroom, closets, pantries etc. Go into these rooms, it is frustrating to watch when you do that.

Nice that they finished out the master closet. But please tell the builders to STOP with the double doors into the master bath. You can't close them quietly with one person has to get up early. ;)

Thanks. Some homes have fiber cement siding in painted tree. What are your thoughts on it over brick siding? Does it increase energy bill or lower resale value?

Love the first house for sure. I drive by here all the time and I was wondering when the models would go up. CB Jeni is there too. The location is just ridiculous. In one direction you have a HEB, Walmart (being built now) and Kroger all at one intersection (423&380) and in the other another HEB and the Star. Frisco thinks it's Beveryly HIlls lol.

They were overpriced to begin with,plus seasonality if you’re ready and getting a quality home for a price you can afford then you may actually be better off buying, but be confident you will be staying in it if any of your circumstances changes unless you’re moving

What do you know about the Muenster area? Seems like a good town with high rated schools but no rentals. Any area outside of Dfw you would recommend about 40-50 from Muenster? Van alstyne would be ideal but that commute might be alittle much. Thanks

The Tradition house is beautiful and the options they have online are perfect. It's worth the price. The Tradition home shades the Shaddock home quite easily.
