It's a shame you are limited to replica, or very expensive demilled firearms. When I was 18, my 1st rifle was an M1 Carbine; it didn't function very good. It had all types of malfunctions, fail to feed , fail to extract, and many jams. It wasn't an ex-military M1 Carbine. Over the years I've had many firearms. Today I have four M4's (AR15's) I built from the ground up; it's a lot more fun than buying one at a Gun Shop. I also have two hand guns, and about two tears ago I bought a N0 5 Enfield Jungle Carbine made by BSA in 1945. The N0 5 is a Beast to fire. I don't know how anyone could do the mad minute with a N0 5!!!!!!!!!!! I'm in pain after firing 20 rounds.

I did similar with a Denix Sten Gun, much better after a bit of weathering.

@jwrifleworks I have been watching your Jeep videos as well, i am currently working on my Hotchkiss, bought it as a non runner, so far had to sort out the electrical issue, now working on the rusty fuel tank and rusted solid filter. I have single captive bolt that is doing my head in.
