For me I feel this kiss is different from the last time. Yoru feels bad for denji and doesn't know anything else to do to comfort him besides kissing him. Because the kiss felt good for her she probably thinks it will work again. But I noticed that this time denji doesn't reciprocate the kiss and has a blank expression, in fact his mouth is shut like the time in his apartment. From this I think denji is truly hurt and truly blames himself for all the bad that's happened to him. I think he feels he doesn't deserve any affection because of everything that's happened to him. Imo yoru and asa will find out that they will have to put more effort to help denji out then just kissing him. Denji looks like someone in desperate need of therapy which in a way is good because you can say the same for asa and a honest somewhat relatable conversation can arise from this situation which would be imo more beneficial emotionally for all parties involved then just a simple kiss

Chapter 181 was the AD further messing with Yoru in particular because of how that world made her realize that she isn’t as confident as she makes herself believe to be. Denji keeps getting more and more depressed which I hate to see cuz he hasn’t really gotten any counseling or closure on all he’s been through. Yoru isn’t slick. She’s tsundere for ol Denji but she’ll never tell it to herself. That kiss was basically her admitting what we all already know.

honestly i dont think Yoru kissed him because she felt horny but Asa's emotion since she felt sorry. I mean Yoru is CRYING here! Probaly acted on Asa's emotions when he poured out his pain and she felt related to what he said. We also see her struggling to hold back tears in that panel.

Just when I think Fuji Moto can break my heart even further while reading this series he goes and does something like this. It’s so simple yet so effective and impactful that it’s wild. Bro really has been completely and utterly broken and hasn’t even begun to heal for all the death and negativity and just utter bull crap that has happened in his life from part one from his childhood and it it’s really showing in this chapter really showing in this chapter, this was a beautiful chapter from this perspective given everything that has happened up until this point it is just beautifully crafted, but so sad and depressing. But was not expecting the kiss at the end of the chapter wasn’t expecting that at all. Crazy I’m intrigued on what happens next in the next chapter because wow just wow but the aging devil absolutely broken just absolutely broken.

I think the condition to leave is introspection and having to properly deal with trauma . We have seen denji doing his best to avoid memories of his past, we haven't seen what the dream asa has leads to or what it signifies and we haven't seen yoru reveal to us her past and real reason behind her desire for fighting csm, I feel like there is something deeper she doesn't want to address. I also think yoru herself hasn't been honest and doesn't admit that she herself has fallen for denji and it's not just asa. If she didn't she would just sit back and enjoy watching denji breakdown .
