my behairful brush fell apart after only one year and they wouldn't replace it. Getting this denman now. I've had my denman brushes for years and they haven fallen apart.

Oh wow, how awful! I’ve had mine for over a year so fingers crossed it doesn’t start to fall apart any time soon. I do think the plastic build of the Denman does give it the longevity edge though. Thankfully the Denman gives some gorgeous curls!

I recently saw an ion boar bristle brush that looks very similar to these brushes but for $10! Unfortunately the only one left at my Sally’s was damaged so I didn’t purchase it but I’m definitely waiting to see if it comes back in stock

As an advise, you really shouldn't recomend the Behairful brush, is a horrible brand who gives an awfull customer service. The worse one. I bought my brush and they never sent it. And trying to contact them is hell. A very disappointing brand.

I’m so sorry to hear that! All of my recommendations are based on my own PERSONAL experience using them. I would never recommend a brand I hadn’t used & had a good outcome from on my own. Ive ordered a few from them & not had issues, but I’m terribly sorry you had awful customer service & I hope it gets resolved soon 🖤

I had the same experience. I ordered mine over 2 months ago and still have not received anything… I think the Behairful is a scam. I am so frustrated that so many curly influencers recommend the brand!!! I was actually influenced by Erynne. And the fact that so many curlies keep talking how amazing the brush is made me believe the company is legit. I will be reporting the company to the Internet Crime Complaint Center. Please do the same so that less people got victimized by Behairful.

Coming from a different country, I just do not know what I could do or who I should contact so that something got off the ground. Although, having learnt about other Behairful customers’ negative experiences, I think there is little to no chance at all that I will get the brush or my money back…

I have had a horrible experience with trying to order the Behairful brush. I ordered a $69 brush on July 14th and have yet to receive it. I have reached out to them through every available avenue possible for the last month and a half and have had radio silence. I purchased this brush after watching multiple influencers that gave rave reviews about this brush. Their website has either crashed or been taken down as of today. It would be great if you could post a video letting all of us curly/wavy girls to beware of this company. Respectfully submitted, Emma

Which one is better, the d81 or the traditional d3 denman brush?

They both work well but create different types of curls. I noticed that with this one my curls were in smaller clumps & tightened up a bit more with the D3 than with the D81!
