Maybe it’s because my hair is so short but I’ve just never got the hang of brush styling

Not sure how short it is but it definitely makes it a little trickier. However I’ve brush styled my hair even when it was around the middle of my neck length-wise, so it is possible!

When you brush do you twist it at the end or just brush straight out? It went too fast to tell. I have this brush and am trying to figure it out.

Sorry it wasn't clear in the video! Personally, I use the hand not holding the brush to keep my hair tight against the base and slowly rotate the brush but not a full turn like some people do with the denman. I turn it just enough so that by the time I get to the end of the strand the bristles are turned toward my face vs. away from it (if that makes sense). I've found that this leaves me with really defined curls while still looking natural. Hope this helps :)
