The "V" versions of these rare breed of Dennis buses used either the Mercedes-Benz OM420 V-6 diesel or the Perkins TV8.640 turbocharged V-8 diesel.

Happy memories.. oh good buses, and a pretty decent bus station and road structure at the TTC. Of course, the wild card in the bunch was a Falcon being used on the 891 Wellington-Shrewsbury-Wellington service that day nearly caught them out at Shrewsbury ;)

The best Buses of all time, I miss these beast off machines, wonder what happened to them though, if they kept them or just dismantled them.
