Lol Dennis didn’t hold back. Didn’t know Johnson wouldn’t support the movie. I saw years ago and liked it - and that soundtrack is wonderful. Thanks for this, never seen this before.

A very competent director. "The Hot Spot" is a terrific movie. A great story; perfect casting; well acted; great pacing; great direction and edited. You can feel the heat coming out of the screen. And he was right : Johnson was never so good before or since. He should have promoted the hell out of the movie. But ego is a terrible thing. Dennis took no prisoners and always spoke his mind. A great artist. And what an art collection he had. Thanks for posting this and greetings from Prague. CZ
