What an apt title for the album -- he was indeed, the Golden Voice of Hawai`i. One of the guys who came to our hula workshop here for a few years (til arthritis made him stop dancing) was a Dennis Pavao, a cousin of this Dennis Pavao. He lives in New Mexico now. When he was introduced on stage by name, the guy in the band said oh yeah and my name is Gabby Pahinui!!! Hahaha. Mahalo for the wonderful music. Me ke aloha, Auntie Wanda
