Luka did not ruin Dennis career, because it is not his fault that he came to the Mavericks, played in the same position and was better, so it is not his fault that the team management decided to build around him and not around Dennis Smith Jr. Dennis and Luka are very good friends to this day and Luka was not at all happy about Dennis being traded. Otherwise, he got a chances in other teams, where he didn't take advantage of them and show what he can do. Personally, I wanted that he stay in Dallas and play with Luka.
