In my opinion she voluntarily stayed in that filthy relationship way too long probably for her own financial benefit. I could see if they had kids and family together and she was just hanging in there for the kids but that’s not the case and the only reason I could see her sticking around is for $ and bad habits she may have picked up. @kenn82draw I have never been a victim of DV or SA so I can't begin to understand the healing process it takes to get to that place where they are ready to bring charges against what, in this case was a very powerful, well connected and wealthy individual who had the ability to publicly degrade her with the videos he kept. I imagined that being in a strong supportive marriage with a man who I suspect has witnessed DV in his childhood and being the mother of 2 daughters gave her the strength to sue him. Even gathering all the information before suing him probably took at least a year. This is not something to be taken lightly or without a supportive home.
