I believe that's Paul Jackson, Jr. on the bass. He's mainly known for his session guitar work (i.e. on Michael Jackson albums), but he's a killer bass player. I use to think it was Doug Wimbush or T.M. Stevens, because they were the "go to" session bass players, during this period...especially in NYC.

As fine as Dennis Edwards was if he had stepped, to my door, singing "Don't look any further," I sure wouldn't look any further. Strange thing is my husband reminds me a lot of Dennis, in face, stature, and being a tough protector. I'm just now recognizing their similarities. I'd like to think that God saw that heartthrob love I had, for Dennis, and matched me up with the ideal man I would be pleased with. @pureenergy5136 Жыл бұрын
Looks like he had a slightly loose TMJ area. Based on what I observe from his 'moutherythms'. I just want to say that it is most likely not from being 'high". I also see evidence of this in his early/younger pictures. Suggesting that this is something unique unto him and not from being intoxicated. In spite of whatever...He remained uninhibited, productive, stunning and brilliant. I say this to say that...I always cringe when so many commentors here keep saying how "high" he was. How do they *know* that? Leave the man's dignity alone. And let him Rest In Peace
