If you are familiar with after effects I suggest you do the keying there. Use the Keylight + Key cleaner + Spill Supressor (its all one effect) its works much better and is much more detaild

Havent fucced with pr in a sec but when you drop a key on a layer dont it have a falloff adjustment? If so them harsh lines between layer 1 and layer 2 could blend better...
