The ball and socket grip or pretzel grip, the detail is that choking arm that he mentioned. If you uppercut that the elbow of the choking arm makes the tap instantaneous. It is a nasty guillotine.

seems cool but I would want an instructor to understand why things are better rather than say "I don't know why" and the 10 second works for triangle cause is a blood choke the guillotine is usually an air choke so it takes longer for someone to go out.
