Obviously all those children are not lying. You can hear the sincerity and seriousness in their voices. It is indisputable, and a fact that it happened. Not sure why this isn’t discussed more widely. It is life-changing, paradigm-shifting and obviously it happened as they said. All the details (of the craft, the aliens, the clothing, the movements and so on) were almost identical.

You are exactly right. I know it really happened because at least two of the children drew very accurate pictures of the same craft I saw in 1968, near Lake Michigan. I got within 40yds of a craft hovering inches above a neighbor's house.

I accept what these children have reported as being personal descriptions of their experience. A similar thing happened with me when I was 8 years old at summer camp. Our whole cabin and the councelor saw it. We were camping under the stars at -at that time- Lambert's farm near Camp Montvale, outside of Maryville, TN. They landed in the field just next to us after we had watched them in the sky for a couple hours. We were terrified. Petrified. We froze afraid to be seen. But when we saw a person looking "person"? come out of craft and walk around, we ran to hide in the only shelter we had- a screened in porch area and hid beneath a concrete picnic table. We were terrified. To this day, I dont remember falling asleep. I dont remember waking up. and none of us- including the camp councelor- really spoke of it the next day. barely. a little bit. but it was just too serious. We just looked at each other. We didnt know how to talk about it.

That's really interesting and I believe you, 1000-percent. In 1994 I came around a curve on a freeway, here in Michigan, and there was a huge, triangular ship almost on the ground - almost touching the tops of some trees to the right of the freeway. It was 5 AM and still dark - I was on my way to work. It was so bizarre because here was this huge thing, crazy lights (really bright), utterly motionless and silent, etc. - you couldn't miss seeing it - and no other cars were even hitting their brakes. Nobody was pulled over. It was nuts. I had to drive almost right underneath this thing and it was terrifying....could have probably hit it with a rock and it was 200 to 300 foot on each side - blinking red light on the bottom. When I got to work one young couple who worked there were all freaked out, like me, but it seemed like most people saw nothing. Two black ladies who were car-pooling to work showed up an hour late and they didn't see anything in the sky, either, but their van had started spinning, they swore it was going up in the air, and they woke up on some tables. One of those ladies was my best friend at work - she was very religious and sang in a gospel group her whole life. These were not UFO "flakes". A lot of people can't believe this stuff until it happens in their own life - I was that way. I'm 70 and I've had an interesting life - got no reason to cook up a goofy UFO story. Thanks a lot for sharing your story. I wish I could hear some more details.

When I was about 11 years old I encountered some kids on my street who were crowded excitedly around something on a driveway. It turned out to be a bat that was apparently moribund but appeared uninjured. I'll never forget how the poor scared thing would periodically turn towards us opening it's fanged mouth as if to roar at us. When I told my parents they said it must have been a bird of a fake bat. That we were actually living near hills teaming with wildlife escaped them and myself. This is nothing compared to what these kids experienced, but I still remember the frustration of not being taken seriously. I can only imagine what these children went through with their families and into adult life.

Ariel Phenomenon: there's something rather different about this account. I think the fact that it involved only children, whose ages varied markedly (from Grade 1 to Grade 7), each one describing, in inimitable fashion, similar features of a simply indescribable event, gives it an authenticity, a fragile innocence and a profound feeling of the truth that I had never experienced in a documentary before. The sensitivity and emotional understanding of the production in general make it a marvellous hymn to all the amazing people involved. Quite superlative.

Had an experience myself, as a teenager, walking home alone late one night/early morning. It completely changed my life; and how I view the world in general from that point on... This is a very real phenomenon. Most people probably don't fully share their stories and keep certain details to themselves because a lot of people, even family and friends etc, will make you feel or think that you're crazy just because they can't believe it or that it actually happened to you! I know now, and knew then, that what I witnessed and experienced was completely real and definitely did happen (despite my cover story to regain my autonomy/freedom). I'm just so glad that these stories are finally coming out and made available to the public. I'm sure there are a lot more of us who've had this happen to them; but, just choose to remain silent about their experiences, for the most part. No we aren't crazy or psychotic...we are just special and blessed to have been contacted from beyond our world! Believe it, or not... Thanks for telling these childrens' stories. Thank you both for this amazing interview, your cordiality, listening and allowing Mr. Nickerson to have the ability to speak at length. At 28:20 When you both bring up the idea of the craft and the figures/beings 'phasing' in and out, whether there were actually two or four figures/beings at Ariel - there are many accounts of sightings that I have read about where people see a craft based on their proximity or distance while others near them or in the same general area are unable to see anything or only partially, or being able to see part of a craft and then more or all of a craft based on how the craft moves over the period of observation. As more scientists, engineers, physicists and self-taught theorists get involved in the study of UFOs/UAPs new ideas and speculations are arising. One being that these craft are inter-dimensional or are working to synchronize their time with ours at any given moment or encounter, that there might be an envelope surrounding the inner working of the craft that extend constant, contingent, variable and ephemeral zones of coherence with our time-space. I dread the comments that may come my way after writing such a soup of words. Again, thanks. Godspeed.

I have been wondering if it's possible that these craft move in a layer of dimensionality parallel to us but just outside our own dimensional realm, and whether they are maybe free of inertial effects and gravitation due to not actually sharing physical space with us. But being near our framework, they are able to project optical effects into our frame or enter it when they wish. In a 4th dimensional direction (or 5th if we include time) the geometry of space might allow navigation in which a shorter distance would project onto a much longer distance in our own framework. Such a hypothesis might be able to account for the ability of these things to move in ways that seem to defy what we understand about the effects and limitations imposed by gravitational and inertial constraints of our own environment, and perhaps also explain the evanescent optical quality they present and their propensity to disappear or seem transparent. I know I haven't explained myself very well, but it might take me a lot of paragraphs to do so, and I just don't have it in me at the moment. I'm saying that they can be very near to us in actual distance, but in a direction outside our 3 dimensional frame except when they choose to enter it. If you understand what I'm saying and have any thoughts about this yourself, I'd be interested to hear them.

@@donnievance1942 I agree with what you are saying . I've always suspected that this involves quantum physics, and parallel dimensions. That would account for the 'phasing in and out.' Ufo sightings often blink in and out and I've personally witnessed this. I think we are obviously dealing with concepts and science that is so far ahead of us that we have difficulty explaining it.

@@pattyengler2569 Yes, personally I suspect that the technology we're witnessing might be so far ahead of us that the idea of humans "back engineering" it, even if they had their hands on a downed craft is just ridiculous-- more or less like the idea of a stone age hunter-gatherer back engineering a broken laptop. There have been sophisticated statistical inferences, based on things like the length of time that has elapsed for heavy element forming stars to create solar systems, the length of time it has taken us to evolve on our own planet, etc. that if other civilizations exist they are likely to be millions of years older than us. Apply to that the exponential rate of technological development we have witnessed in our own history, and it's hard to escape the notion that these beings are likely to be inconceivably and incomprehensively beyond our understanding unless they updated us in physical theory from scratch. On this basis, I rule certain individuals, like the notorious Bob Lazar, out of credibility. I also don't believe in the possibility of the kind of conspiratorial secrecy that would make such scenarios as his feasible. His spiel is just sophisticated enough and just vague enough to be unfalsifiable in terms of physical engineering hypotheses, but require an elaborate institutional structure that doesn't square against what we know about our military structures and the kinds of information that they have so far attempted to hide and their inability to carry this out comprehensively. By the way, I have two sightings that definitely fall into the "conventionally unexplainable" category, but it sounds like yours are more interesting. No phasing in and out for me, but modes of motion that are impossible for any known phenomena. I'm a skeptical person-- so much so that if I hadn't personally witnessed the things I did, I might be in that obnoxious class of deniers that plague YT commentary.

Cynthia Hind was the mufon contact in zim. BTW I remember visiting Ruwa a couple of times as a kid as my dad played golf at the local golf club (not sure if it is still there).

I have a new theory. The kids said that there was logs by the grass they would hop up on and dance and play on. Fast forward to the alien visit. Some of the kids reported one of the aliens was trying to imitate dancing and hopping on the logs. Did they land just to show the kids they wanted to see the kids play on the logs? Like hey that's pretty cool. We never seen humans play. Would you show us how you play with these logs please? Here watch me. Sounds like the aliens were fascinated with the kids. Also they prob get shot at in the air some time. So the school would be the safest place to land. Idk. They have such strange tech. The telepathy is prob a tech not biological. I have a theory that combines a few others. Here goes. There is a theory that these aliens, the greys with big eyes, huge head, telepathic communication and limbs that are less useful than ours - That they are actually "us" from the future. (See Michael Masters, a professor of biological anthropology at Montana Technological University in Butte) That if you follow the evolutionary process forward humans today will evolve to look like the E.T.'s in our popular imagination and that are described as being encountered by thousands around the world. Also that the craft we are seeing are actually time traveling machines, the occupants are historians and scientists. I add that maybe in that far far far off future their version of humanity is no longer having live births, that anatomically that is impossible or some environmental or ecological disaster occurred. So - for them to actually see human children again is like a religious experience, a scientific wonder and also a source of great sadness. They have mastered time-space but then lost the most precious experience along the way - to actually parent and witness the most remarkable developmental growth of children. So to come back to your idea MURD3RWAVE - being able to see human children 'play' is the rarest experience of their civilization. Among all the other things they are surreptitiously learning, studying about our planet at this moment in the continuum of our common history - it's the kids. I also think they are breaking some of their own ethical rules by landing and being physically seen. What time traveling rules would you break to go back to see the first tribe of the first generation of Homo Sapiens as they trekked out of Africa to populate the globe? I would risk anything.

I’ll be honest- I think this is the first time I’ve watched one of Mr. Sagers’ shows, so I don’t have anything else to compare the interview to. But it seems like he’s VERY interested in both the documentary and the event. If that’s the case, I hope he follows up with Mr. Nickerson in the future. If so… at 46:15, he asks whether any of the children have had subsequent contact since the initial event. It seems like he meant subsequent contact with… UFOs, aliens, extraterrestrials, whatever phrase you want to use, but that Mr. Nickerson understood the question to mean contact by the press, filmmakers, etc and been interviewed. I do hope that if there is a follow-up interview, my first interpretation of the question is asked. We do frequently hear that people who have experienced a sighting or abduction have multiple episodes over their lifetimes. Unfortunately, in those cases, it’s easy to dismiss their stories as recurring delusions by people who suffer from mental illness. When I leave this site, I’m going to rent the doc; I have not yet watched the whole thing but from what I HAVE seen, this event- and the children who witnessed it- seems pretty credible. If it turns out that any of the children did have other encounters after September of 1994, I would be more likely to believe those stories, too. To be clear, wherever I used the words “stories” or “claims,” I am not implying that I don’t believe them. I am happy to pay the $20-ish to rent this doc for 48 hours. I had planned to wait it out, until I could BUY it for $20. But thanks to this interview, I will consider the $$$ as an investment in the 2.5-hour “uncut version” getting spiffed up and released! Please follow your link and re-read the section that mentions Ariel. My interpretation is that the authors cite Ariel as NOT a case of mass hysteria and instead as possibly real: "Zimbabwe: In 1994, 62 school children all reported seeing an alien craft land and extraterrestrial creatures emerge14. Virtually every single one of the 62 children iterated the exact same story with same details and none of them had gone against his/her story. I will spread the word that this is available to see and I hope it is more accessible to the world to study and become aware of a very real phenomenon (I've had my own experience as well and have documented proof that UFO are visiting us, and more than likely it could not be our own technology as it will enter our atmosphere at extraordinary speeds, stop completely, and continue at the same rate of speed.) I saw 2 craft come out of the sky in Southern California in 1974 on a Saturday night @ midnight with 4 friends. We were all around 21 years old and terrified. The first craft came streaking down from the sky and stopped on a dime over a freeway and cruised just above the cars. Then it hovered just down the street over some high-tension electric structures for several minutes…all the while giving off an intermittent brilliant diamond-shaped flash. After a few minutes that craft shot off into the distance at light speed and simultaneously a smaller UFO appeared and started cruising over the same freeway changing color from yellow to orange and red. I ran to a phone booth and called the police. They said they’d received several calls about a loud noise over the San Fernando Valley and were sending a helicopter to investigate. We jumped in our cars and raced to catch up with it and saw the helicopter following it. Unbelievable but we saw it for 20 minutes.

Randall;s choice seemed clear and ethically based to me. He wants media and people's attention to be focussed on the children who are the center of the film, who never had chance in past for respectful expression, who in most cases were denied by their own parents etc. so he does not want to distract by now sharing his personal stories. he is giving the kids center stage and choosing NOT to upstage them. there will be opportunities in future, i sincerely hope, for Randall to share more details of his unique journey.

I don't think there is enough focus on some of the children's observations of the aliens and craft, several of them describe seeing the craft and beings appear and run from one spot to another then disappear and reappear in the same spot and run again, and appear to be moving as "though on the moon". It appears as though time was being manipulated somewhat, which would explain the ability to travel great distances.

I watched the documentary and would have rather seen less of the woman who was the focal point of the film. The crying and constant hugging and the emotional outpouring was a bit much. I think the girl is a good person and sincere but I also think she has laid all her emotional instability on this one event. We all have sadness and regret and emotional pain but to blame it all on one event that was shared and validated by so many doesn't make sense. She also seemed to be the only one who was so emotional about it. I've had experiences just as shocking and otherworldly over the years with others and alone and never once did I shed a tear over it. I think this girl has other issues going on. I would have liked to hear better, more succinct interviews without the soft piano music and touching reunions. It was a little boring. 3.5 stars

oh, this is the guy who bought up the rights to all the original interviews with the kids and the older woman shrink and dr. mack and the kids drew pictures what they saw,,, there were about 20 various videos and clips in youtube and i had them all bookmarked and re watched them every once in awhile then they all disappeared one by one as this guy bought them and removed them, sometimes i would get a notice "removed copy rights blah blah" where the videos were before. they were fascinating and enlightening in their original form so raw and unfiltered, I have felt hurt and angry at this person for stealing these away from humanity ever since. its so sad we cant see them anymore. anyway he chopped them all up and made some kind of "documentary" with parts of them but it sucked compared to the original raw beauty of the video documents themselves and the insight we could all get from them was lost. last i heard he was going broke or went into debt bad snatching up all the clips from the free world only to hide them away and make us pay for a "documentary" of the mangled up bits and pieces of the originals.

I watched the original documentary which had the world-renowned Psychiatrist. At least one of the teachers of the school has since come forward and admitted that she witnessed it but dismissed it originally because of fear of what people would say which you can view on youtube of her saying exactly that. The problem with this story is that no adults saw it- only the children. The explanation is that all the adults "were in a staff meeting." It needs a better explanation. Even when they run in and say there is a man on the playground, the adults don't react. This needs further explanation.

Before the 1990s kids had a ton of autonomy. Didnt have helicopter parents or jail wardens running public schools. May be hard to belive but teachers use to let us play on playgrounds without anyone watching,nobody to break up fights, they were too busy chain smoking and downing martinis.

Yes back then teachers were in staff rooms and you had to knock on their door to get their attention. Kids would just play unsupervised mostly - not always but a lot of the time - and so it’s not surprising that there weren’t any staff at that very moment when the alien ships were sighted or landed. Especially in rural Zimbabwe. This wasn’t New York City or downtown Los Angeles. By the time the kids raised the alarm and teachers began to run out, it was too late. Although there were plenty of staff who witnessed the children’s’ frightened reactions which can be seen on various footage at the time. They witnessed the reactions, the stories, saw the pictures, the drawings, the corroboration and that also forms part of the contributing eyewitnesses to the case.

I like the story. I dunno how true it is. Im not doubting the childrens stories. I just know how easily kids can be influenced. Or get caught up in their imaginations. It's not a bad interview. However, The filmmaker is so passionate about this story. I'm not convinced he can give an accurate or unbiased analysis of this case. Maybe he isn't trying. And he isn't a good interviewer. He answers questions very flippantly. It's hard for him to elaborate on certain things. He leaves the interviewer with no follow up. He will just say "I did", "Well my crew does". I know it's the interviewers responsibility to follow up. But he doesn't make it easy. I get the impression he is so wrapped up in this case he doesn't care to hear the alternative explanations. If any. And he admits he is an artist. Artists, Like Budd Hopkins for example will interpret things from an artistic perspective. Rather than a logical one. I dunno. I'm glad I watched this.

It's a shame there are not more people that have spoken up regarding this similar incident I couldn't remember what year exactly until I saw this it was either 94 or 95 now I'm certain it was 1994 how is it that the same Gray undefined figure came to my window I assume because I lay in my bed and woke saying this gray figure pointing out my apartment Window at a planet it was as if this planet was over the roof of our apartment building now that I'm older I know that wasn't the case but whatever this planet was it looked just like Earth except for there was no blue it was different colors yellow orange red some green here and there my mom says I told her about it I remember asking the other kids in my complex and they knew nothing of it I have had this very Vivid incident in my memories my entire life I'm 32 now I was 4 years old then I don't know what it was trying to say but as soon as I saw this video of the children the original interviews with the lady in the field with all the children talking about this "UFO" situation it was like a light bulb went off I do believe whatever came here in the 90s might have actually been trying to warn certain young people from that time that either that planet is where we're going in the future or that is what is going to come of Earth. I'm looking into how to retap into Old early memories because I have always had questions and I didn't catch exactly what I was being told but I wasn't actually being told does that make sense? Mostly that warning so to speak did nothing because as an adult I've screwed up a lot in my lifetime and don't feel like I have helped anything in the environment as far as maybe what they were trying to get us to understand I know that Emily trim claims she knows when they're in the atmosphere but to tell you the truth I don't think I've ever been visited again if I have I don't remember it and my brain is an adult is too closed off to process any of that like I could have as a young child but I do feel like no matter what area I am in there is something every night in the sky that I feel is looking down at me Maybe it's nothing or maybe it is something way more complex after all whatever it is global warming is still happening and technology is still booming it would be nice to know if anyone else had a similar experience in the 90s because up until this point I swore for quite some years now that we hit a Time Warp sometime before the year 2000 anybody born in the 90s generation has to know something shifted be it this- a real encounter simultaneously throughout the entire planet not just those 62 kids including myself or somebody within the hidden government working maybe scientists I don't know how to classify The Hidden rulers so to speak but something happened and it was not publicly known to my knowledge everything happened to just change very quickly from Y2K to 911 and I remember on my dial-up Windows 98 computer seeing the strange objects falling from space hitting and blowing up cows in India I can't find that bit of media anywhere on the internet now but it did happen and I remember it I remember a lot of things differently kind of like the Mandela effect so now that I know I'm not the only person trying to put all the pieces together that don't make any fucking sense maybe someone else will see this and reach out if they've had a similar experience I live in the United States and the experience I had was in Georgia I cannot make this shit up and it's not an easy thing to talk about amongst most Society because either they think you're on drugs crazy or a conspiracy theorist I'm just a normal woman and I feel like whatever is coming is coming quickly and I don't think anyone's prepared for it but it doesn't make any sense to have this quote knowing and not be able to decipher the real meanings why would any of us be gifted to know these things but not given the ability to decipher it I mean how are we supposed to help if we don't know exactly what we're supposed to help anyway that's all I got right now

i read your entire comment, and i just want to say thank you. i believe your story. and i agree with your theories. amazing insight and a lot to think about… I do a lot of research myself, and there are some “mediums” so to speak, who speak with star beings. People say you can contact them through meditation, just our minds. These beings are so advanced and us humans are probably millions and millions of years behind them. They have the tools to make themselves known to the entire world, to coexist with us, but they CHOOSE not to. and that begs the question, why? they might think we have nothing to offer them, we need to help ourselves, or maybe they’re afraid of scaring us. That’s why they contact children maybe, because they’re less cemented by societal norms. Kind of like how children see ghosts, or remember past lives. they’re closer to the “other side” than we are. So much to think about. ❤

Are we not even gonna talk about the fact that this phenomenon occurred in 1994. That was right around the time when the little greys with the big black eyes was becoming a very popular global phenomenon for people to explain aliens that they had "seen" coming out of crafts. The most interesting thing about this case is the fact that children can be so easily persuaded by pop culture and by a psychiatrist who leads them to the conclusion he wants to hear.

Nope. The description of the greys pre date 1994 by decades, at least as far back as Roswell 1947. Gee, maybe the children describe them like that because that’s what they saw. Now explain the telepathy, quick moving ship, etc
