The answer is they are not. The only mention of priests is the Hebrew author calling Jesus a high priest in the order of Melchizadek (see the old testament). The New Testament say all Christians are part of a royal priesthood. Who said that? Peter, the person you guys claim was the first pope (which is also not mentioned in the Bible).

@@simeonyves5940There are Anglicans who are not mainline nor just more high church Presbyterians. You should check out the ACNA, while the Reformed Episcopal Church is one of our diocese, we have several more. A faithful Anglican I would say is one who can affirm the Lambeth Quadrilateral, and the Jerusalem Declaration. The 39 Articles are not Reformed in theology, they are rather open ended in some cases, I myself am a mix of Lutheran, Greek Orthodox, and Presbyterian in my own thinking :). There is great diversity in the Anglican church!

@@KaleeinVA I see no Difference, Anglo Catholocism Rejects the Gospel in its Rejection of the Five Points of Grace, despite them being directly Enshrined into the 39 Articles of Religion 1571 by the Martyr Saint, Sir Thomas Cranmer, upon whose works they are Derived, and I do not see any Differences between Anglo Catholocism and Rome due to the Denial of Grace and the Forcing of Works, Law, and Fear! In the same way I see no Difference between any Non Reformed/Non Calvinian Body and Rome. So I beg of you in Love to Reject Catholocism of any and all kinds, Repent, and Believe the Gospel of Grace!

Calvary Chapel (CC) was related to Charismatic/Pentecostal movements but that was a generation ago. The Vineyard Christian Fellowship split was because CC wasn’t Charismatic/Pentecostal enough. I agree that CC should be considered a denomination. But the video doesn’t cover all and so many are very similar. Here in SoCal, several CC congregations are mega-churches like CC Costa Mesa (the mother church), CC Downey back in the 80s, CC Diamond Bar, and others. Harvest Christian Fellowship is a CC clone, theologically. They are Big Eva but not like Joel Osteen. Yet there are many small CC congregations. So my conclusion is that CC fits somewhere between Big Eva, IFB and Southern Baptist. They all look alike to me.
