hey i need help I just downloaded Serato 1.9.2 which is what was suggested after registering my product with Serato. When I connect the controller to the laptop, it states "MCX8000 connecting to Serato. Can take up to a minute". So after a minute or so, I keep getting the error message "failed to connect, please try again"

make sure you have downloaded and installed correctly the necessary softwares before opening serato.its mainly the windows driver and also make sure that serato 1.9.2 is compactible with the controller
