To get WR currently you just need tons of freaking luck and I won't go for it. Until we found a fix for it. Working on Burning Stage atm.

This run was one of the great surprises of this GDQ, I never even knew there was an Initial D with trains game but it was a great time and the guys did a fantastic job with commentary and made for a thoroughly entertaining watch.

I think the most underhanded strat in that made-up world would be to use a consist of three EMD SD70s, sabotage the overhead catenary power to shut down when your opponent starts drawing significant current, switch to their track, and plow through that relatively flimsy Japanese passenger train with brute EMD power. A GE-built locomotive would _never_ survive that.
