Stop giving me ideas 😁 (amazing route and not that hard by the looks of it)

It's AD grade is pretty accurate I would say. The routefinding is straightforward and the rock quality is superb. There are however some parts that climb a little bit but in general everything is easy to protect. There are iron poles below the Grand gendarme every 20 or so meters and a few spits in the 3c crux. The climb was actually really enjoyable, just the descent was a mess with our single strand of half rope 😅.

hello, first of all thank you for the video. I have a question, I would be glad if you answer it. How many centimeters is the handle of the ice ax you use for climbing? Thank you.

Hello Yavuz, thank you for your comment! For this climb I used the petzl Summit 59cm and I am 185cm tall (8ft 1").

Awesome video! And also very informative! I'm planning on climbing la Dent Blanche the day after tomorrow, do you know how long is the longest rappel? Many thanks in advance!

Thank you for the compliments! Below the Grand Gendarme there are poles every 15 or 20m I believe, however with 1 60m rope and 30m rappels you can skip some which makes it a bit quicker. On the ridge I don't think there are rappels longer than 20m (although I would recommend to downclimb as much as possible). Good luck! It's really a stunning climb on solid rock.
