I'm using a 2 kavo and 2 nsk handpiece and I have been using it for the last 3 years with minimum of 15 patients in a day used by 3 other Drs. just remember to oil regularly after each procedure and before and after autoclaves and make sure no one drops them . Also never forget to adjust the air pressure as recommended by the company. Spend a little extra and buy from reputed brands also if possible get a mini head handpiece for hard to reach areas and limited mouth opening however do not use the mini head for all your procedures as they do not last long. I prefer Kavo hand pieces as the burs do not vibrate when in motion which helps you to get really fine gingival finish lines while doing tooth preps for crown and bridge. Unfortunately Kavo is nolonger available anymore in india.

Doc, you forgot to mention the most important feature on high speed hand pieces: coolant water spray!! Single spray vs triple spray vs four or five spray......impact of insufficient spray on crown prepped tooth.

Mam how to recognise the orginal one bcz so many pirated handpiece also there ? And doc. pls use being foshan it is very nice i am using since ug almost 6 yrs and +1.5 year it is not using ,still is good running without any repairs 👍
