Dentex Fish Grilled on Coal with a Rotating Grill in the Foukou Grill

Recipe for Synagrida on the coals
We take a fresh fish and put some herbs, oil and lemon inside it.
We light the coals on the stove and choose the appropriate grill according to its size
Using the counterweight we weigh the grill with the fish and then connect the motor to the gears.
We adjust the speeds at such a rate that the fish does not lose moisture
Bake until the inside reaches 55 to 60 degrees Celsius
For a crispy skin, lower it near the coals for 5 minutes at the end
