Thanks a lot for your suggestion. Currently I am planning to complete odontogenic cysts. So my next lectures are on - OKC, Radicular Cyst, COC. Post that I will try to upload as you requested. To help you I can explain in short - • Stafne's bone cyst (cavity)/ Lingual mandibular bone defect - It is not a cyst but it produces a cystic appearance on radiograph. It is merely a depression in the lingual aspect of the mandibular ramus and is occupied by the submandibular salivary gland. • Aneurysmal bone cyst - It is a pseudocyst i.e. cystic cavity not lined by epithelium. Rare expansile lesion, unknown etiology, comprised of fibrous connective tissue interposed between blood-filled spaces. Aspiration yields fresh blood. The term ‘aneurysmal bone cyst’ because of characteristic ‘blown-out’ contour of the bone seen in radiographs. Hope it helps.
