Mam please help what jt is???? There is a relatively well defined solid cystic lesion appearing T1 isointense, T2 hyperintense mass showing post contrast enhancement and diffusion restriction located in the left side of mandible anteriorly reaching till the midline. It is measuring 4 cm x 2.7 cm x 2. cm (AP x TR X CC) in size. It is causing expansion of mandible and displacement of the teeth. Medially it is causing medial displacement of geniohyoid muscle. Medially a cystic component is noted measuring 31x11mm in size. e Nasopharynx including the fossa of rosenmuller are normal. e Oropharynx including base of tongue is normal. e Larynx including bilateral pyriform sinuses, true and false cords are normal. e Bilateral submandibular and right parotid glands are normal in shape bulk and attenuation. e B/L lobes of thyroid and isthmus show normal bulk and enhancement. e Great vessels of neck and mediastinum are normal. e No significant cervical lymphadenopathy. . Imp :A well defined solid cystic lesion epicentered in left side of mandible Possibilities : | 1. Odontogenic keratocyst 2. Ameloblastoma 3. Langerhan cell histiocytosis

Dentigerous cyst develops around the crown of an unerupted tooth lying in the bone, the eruption cyst occurs when a tooth is impeded in its eruption within the soft tissues overlying the bone
