They work with specially designed magnifying glasses made by Luxtek. You can see them on their eyes as they work!

I can't even see the veins and arteries they are grafting. I wonder how they can see.

Notice that the surgeons are using magnifying Luxtec glasses. They make the job a bit easier that it seems, but it still take lots of practice and skill.
