Most overrated team in NBA history. Literally had the easiest finals run in NBA history yet have been adored like they are great because Jokic has the most insecure, fragile, toxic and whinest fanbase in NBA history. I hope the wolves win this series quickly, and we NEVER have to see Jokic's fanbase again. Those folks are not respectable people at all. Good riddance to them.

Denver is overrated. Had the weakest run in NBA history last year. They literally played 3 play-in teams, and a dysfunctional low-chemistry and INJURED 4th seed that only won 47 games. Jokic has never beaten a 50 win team in the playoffs for his entire career. And yet he was compared to the dream. Jokic fanbase deserves this the most. Hopefully permenant good riddance to them soon enough.

Thanks for calling out Butler. The guy really was a terrible teammate, back in those days. He caused chemistry issues and an awful locker room presence on every team he went to back then. It's why he kept switching from team to team back then, despite having talent. Individual talent only takes you so far if your presence destroys the team chemistry and locker room vibe to that extent. Any competent coaching staff / GM gets rid of the guy for comparable talent that won't destroy the team.

Minn coach is on another level right now. They way he switched up defensive philosophies between Nuggets and Suns is crazy. The suns saw aggressive outside pressure funneling things inside while the Nuggets are dared at times to shoot the 3 knowing the only legitimate shooters are MPJ and Murray. Another thing he’s doing is burning those timeouts early but he’s tactically using them to cool down any players that are getting hot. He took a timeout almost every single time Booker made two shots in a row and it threw off Vogels play calling and Bookers rhythm.

Minnesota taking Tim Connelly from Denver might just be one of the best front office trades in recent history. He’s assembled a roster that makes Denver look average at best. The Wolves' defense was suffocating!!! Beautiful display of selflessness, fearlessness and grit. All without Gobert, what's more. They chewed up Jokic and Murray was non-existent. The image at 04:34 (Ant flexing and taunting the fans after a dunk) sums up how Nuggets' fans were shocked, angry and confused by what was happening. Wolves have just demonstrated how to efficiently defend on Jokic, if you have the talent, discipline and determination. Beating the defending champs twice in a row in a playoff series, in their own high-altitude arena is exceptional. Unbelievable.

What an all around stellar and otherworldly defense and overall performance, as close to perfection as you can get by the Timberwolves considering the circumstances, unbelievable... Where's the idiotic salty old heads prattling on about nobody plays defense in the NBA, this Wolves team is one of the best defensive teams of all time already, especially with the never seen before incredible shot making, spacing and offensive firepower on every team nowadays, this Minnesota squad can compete with the best of em, they're very special, they're bringing that old school NBA feel back, and I'm loving every second of it. They are literally a pack of swarming wolves (no pun intended), Game 1 was the appetizer, the ultimate confidence boost, now they smell blood and they are going for the kill, they might sweep these boys. As for the nuggets, I've never seen them this shook, panicky, smothered, disjointed and totally outplayed like this on both ends, they were miniscule tonight, almost non-existent, Minnesota deserve a lot of credit, what a fun team to watch. P.s: Chris Finch what a freaking gem of a coach, dominating the reigning champs on their own home floor in the middle of that high altitude and making it look easy like this without your best rim protector/defender is truly impressive, commendable and praiseworthy, they never seem to be shaken or lost, it was Grown men against boys ou there. What a historical basketball masterpiece/masterclass performance by the Minnesota Timberwolves, they absolutely sucked the life out of the nuggets, mentally and physically, take a bow son.

@@philipsmashmouth8782 That's the regular season. The playoffs/Finals is different. There's a difference between playing a team months apart and playing a team, every other game. I thought people would get that by now. I still think the Celtics have the best chance of beating them if KP is healthy. The celtics issue is they choke in the finals. They can compete with Denver offensively, but their defense will be lacking. The Timberwolves lack the offense to win this series. If Denver wins game 6, they are definitely in the finals. I don't think the thunder or mavs would beat either of these teams.
