Thanks for posting this. I'm from Grand Junction, but live in South Korea now. So, this was a nice taste of home, and you ended your video right at the exit I use to go to my home. ;) Thanks

Great music selection for this beautiful drive. I am a Colorado native and I love this ride in the summertime. I can tell exactly where you are at every curve. Thanks for sharing.

Very soothing drive to work. I wish I had a commute like that except the time it takes to complete it.

On 10/2/2010, my mother left to keep her appointment with her Maker. As a metaphor for her life, this video is relevant. The trip, like the life she lived, was eventful, colorful and filled with beauty both rich and austere. It was not always pleasant but she finished strong and always lived it on her terms. I'm so proud of that woman!

I have driven this route for work probably a dozen times a year on average for the past 15 years. Ive been lucky with delays for the most part. Hopefully that will continue.

I'm going on a road trip this summer using I 70. I obsess over the map route for weeks in advance so I know landmarks and this video is extremely informative. also I'm a total roadgeek. I'd watch this even if I weren't using this particular road.

I have to make this trip this weekend. I wish my car was as fast as yours, so I could make the trip in 8 minutes instead of 4 hours.

I've drove From Florida to Vegas a few times and I have taken this route through Colorado, The stretch between Vail to Glenwood Canyon IMO is the most scenic, beautiful drive I have ever been on. Also through Utah, Capitol Reef is pretty amazing too. Arizona Nevada Border is great as well.

Mmm, I'm really looking forward to this. I'm from NY, going to visit friends in California this summer and driving rather than flying, for the pleasure of it. Colorado is the state I'd most like to see.

I enjoyed honking in some of those tunnels as there was an absence of cars and I wanted to hear some good reverberation.

I live in Colorado and drive this route regularly......With the time lapse photography it, to me, truly represents the actual feeling of driving this highway with all the idiot speeders!

I almost hit a deer passing eagle. Then in 2010 I hit the big storm and the road was full of ice. My ford took never let me down. Until I stopped at a gas station near Breckenridge and I got stuck.

It's better than hitting an eagle near Deer Trail.

Making the drive for the first time coming up in Summer 2017 on a family trip. What are some nice stops or small detours on the way to see?
@Ross64AQ7 жыл бұрын
Dillon Reservoir and Frisco are cool as is Vail in the Summer. However, spend most your time in Glenwood Canyon (starts around 5:00)
