Work on pure thought treatments if you type in on internet it will explain what to do, write down what your grateful for as many as you can or you can tune into meditations on utube also focus on pure thought healing lie down take deep breath then slow breath down as you unwind try keep your mind still, you can focus on your breathing to do this I tend to listen to the buzzing in my ears and focus on my fingers and toes to feel the energy building up in them, I was struggling too but this really helped me I still tune into the morning and night hymns I have found doing all these a great benefit I feel so much better after just one day, qi gong is very good for it Lee Holden anyone can do them and there's some for sitting down too, good xx🤞
