Trusting you influencers ordered items from their website. Stop promoting scamsters and fraudsters. Scam and fraud website. Delivered wrong items. Made an unboxing video for the same & now deny providing replacement or refund saying parcel has been opened? How does one know if there is some wrong item in the parcel without opening it and how else one does make a unboxing video?

Its always written on the top of the bill provided by company and at the top of the parcel too, to make and unboxing video before opening it... and everyone should do this while purchasing anything online... Its a different thing company even deny manytimes after showing the unboxing video.. which happend in my case

They are straight forwardly denying that since I opened the parcel they will not be able to help. Without unboxing or opening the parcel how do I even show them about wrong product delivery. And if that comes to opening the polythene packing of Rakhis, the packaging consists of two different variants of rakhi I ordered and one was correct as ordered and other 10 pcs were of different design instead of what I ordered.
