In this clip, Vlad started off asking Deon Cole about his fight scene with Idris Elba on “The Harder They Fall,” and Deon explained that they rehearsed for two weeks. However, Deon revealed that Idris “cracked” him in the head with a gun for real, which Deon said left him with a knot on his head. Deon added that he punched Idris in the next scene, and he spoke about how the nurses ran to Idris’ aide.

I'm an actor and was in this film. I was there while this scene was being filmed standing a few feet away and had no clue that he really got hit. It took almost the whole day to shoot that scene. The whole thing looked really official on set but the scene came out way better than I thought. James Samuel is a really good director and Both Deon & Idris are great guys. It was an honor to work with them. I'm one of the gunman shooting out of the window that Deon throws the stick of dynamite and explodes before saying "Jump Mutha#$^$"
