Deoria Tal : Deoria Tal Trek in April | Sari To Deoria Tal Trek | Hidden Lake in Uttarakhand

Deoria Tal is an easy to moderate trek. Deoria Tal trek begins from Sari village a beautiful village in Ukhimath. Trek is 2KM long but the path is very steep. Usually people do this trek with Tungnath Chandrashila trek as Sari is just 20km from Chopta. This place attracts a lot of tourists in all seasons. While going on this trek, you see a beautiful temple called Omkar Ratneshwar Mahadev Temple
The biggest specialty of Deoria Tal is lush greenery and towering Himalayan peaks visible from here. You can see breathtaking views of Chaukhamba, Kedarnath, Satopanth, Thalay Sagar etc.
This Place has some mythological importance as well. It is said that Bheem(among the Pandavas) had created this lake while they were crossing this place. It also said that devi-devtas(the gods) used to take bath here while they used to arrive in the earth.
