This is, in my opinion, the number one best remix of this track for one reason: consistency. This version keeps the energy and feel of the original song while adding even more flair and personality to it. For example, they added more samples into the track, specifically ones used in hip-hop music. Another great example is adding that new solo at around 0:52/0:53. That solo keeps the weird vocals in the background, while adding something new, which makes the track more clearly a remix. This song is just a masterpiece, and even though it's a decade old, it still holds up perfectly.

I remember playing Sonic generations with my friend, he'd play all the regular sonic levels and I'd play all the cartoon sonic ones. He got stuck on this level so he made me try to beat it. I purposely kept losing over and over so we could listen to the song longer lol Was so blown away by that level. I bet they made it more difficult so that people could appreciate the song longer:P
