yes, we have to obey that shunt signal, Because Calling signal is interlocking facing end points only.

Yes you can go. For LP no problem, because points are locked by Shunt signal. As per rule SM should not use Shunt signal for train movement but for LP, it is safe. If SM gives T/511(dispatch from non signalled line)+ Shunt signal, it will be better
