Just in case it wasn't clear for you, Kirito remembers the real world but he can't say that to the residents of the Underworld so he acts as a lost child of Vector.

Kirito didn't actually lose his memories, he isn't telling anyone because he doesn't want people to think he's crazy or something like that.

When he first went back in the underworld after being attacked he noticed he could feel everything as if it were real, and could feel a butterfly land on his finger As if it were real.

As the underworld is based off the seed program all sword skills and all skill from the other existing VR games it was able to be used in there, and since kirito mastered sword skills when he was in SAO he knew all the skills and how to do it,

Th Underworld isn’t a game. It is a virtual world where real souls have been grown and developed. The “NPCs” are real human souls, if they die in this world they really die.

Kirito has all of his memories from the outside world in this instance he didn't as kid kirito in that world but now that he is his age right here he has all of the memories of the outside world

the Underworld is like a virtual world but it’s not at the same time. it is its own world in an aspect. the company Rath made the Underworld to be its own world, so you could say you become apart of a brand new world when you enter it other than the one you’re already living in. if someone dies in the Underworld, they’re actually dead. cause as i said, the Underworld is like its own world. kinda similar to SAO season 1 in a way.

in the underworld people can really feel the pain just like in reality but the other normal vr games have “pain buffer” that’s why people will only feel minor tingling sensation(in normal vr games)

Not to lower your expectations for future episodes, but this goblin fight was probably one of, if not, the best animated fight in this *first* part of season 3. The second part of season 3 (known as war of underworld) will have similar and/or better animation than this goblin fight.
