Me too! Dave Gahan is a talented, breathtaking, achingly handsome man. When he sings my heart melts! There is a vid from the early 80's from a German program that he dances to and he is just too cute for words (even though they made them lip sync themselves)! I LOVE THEM They are TRUE romantics.

I always enjoy the stripped down, live performances of Dmode. They offer a more emotional element to the song. The chorus just flows with gospel influence. Gore often writes from a bluesy, at times gospel stand point. So it's always interesting how the finished product comes out. This in-studio version moves me every time I see and hear it. If anyone ever wonders how someone could be a Dmode fan for all these years, here it is; older, a bit worn, flawed, but still soulful and radiant

DM are a one of the best British bands with a world wide following, yet they don't get a mention in the "BRITS" music awards. They are not a come back bank ( no pun intended) they have been there consistently 30+ years. I think of them as lifelong friends as I have known them since the early 1980's. They have been in my life and their music means so much to me during the ups and downs of life. I feel loved ( pun intended) when I hear them. Rock On DM.

Been a fan of depeche mode since I was eleven, first album I heard was black celebration... It was dark, heavy and moving in every aspect. Delta Machine has recaptured that and so much more, sure Alan is missed but Dave, Martin and Fletcher have carried on the torch strongly and haven't stopped. Heaven and Welcome to my world are just two tracks that really stand out the most, yet this is Depeche Mode pure and simple, they are masters of what they do. Ask Gary Numan, they inspired him.
