I come every month to listen to this Masterpeace from DM, and every time a have Tears in my Eyes. This Samplework what you have done is Awesome... Depeche Mode is the reason why i play keyboard since 30 years. In the 90ties i was a Taxidriver and waiting for customers in Front of a Hotel. And Depeche Mode got into my Taxi and my Heart Explodes.... everyone signed on my Shirt and i drove them to the Soundcheck. Later i parked the Taxi and went to the concert. The next Day i was fired. The Shirt is still hanging in my wardrope.

A beautiful story! I have it similarly with my passion for DM. The (original) song had meant that I started listening to Depeche Mode. I haven't missed any their concert in Europe since 1989. Amazing story, Thomas! So lucky! I’ve been a fan since ‘88 myself. The closest to your experience I’ve had involves a girl I dated in college. Her husband (now) won some type of DM contest in England and the prize was the lounge chair from Enjoy The Silence. It’s now on display in their home. So awesome!

Fantastic work. I'd make your decay on the minimoog aggro bass a bit tighter, and just barely tighten the release as well. If you've got two oscillators going, and you've detuned them, try pushing the detuning just the barest amount further to create some more dissonant frequency beating; it'll enrich the sound.

I found that piece first, then I look around your channel. I really appreciate your work on that piece.
