I started weeping at the end. It's such a clichê, but only Depeche Mode to get me emotional with a video with such a simple, yet important topic. On the surface, it appears to be something else, such as violence between a group of people, but it's a concert; a group of people next to a car that appear to fight maybe due to road rage, but it's actually a couple of strangers trying to help another stranger that is probably allergic to something and needs an epipen; a group of people dining at a table that appear to be greedy and violent, but are actually celebrating a wedding; and finally a woman digging a hole and burying a body wrapped in plastic only for us to realize she is digging a grave for her beloved pet 🥺 Nowadays, social media takes a lot of context of situations and we cannot fall into that trap. I know I'm repeating something we all know, but we must be more curious and not fall for the first narrative that appears. I love Depeche Mode.

It’s right there with Duran Duran’s “Reflex,” Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” and Van Halen’s “Jump.” But it was the Black Celebration album that defined so much of the rest of my life.
