Deploy Production React App to Netlify (Github and CI/CD)

Wow... This was super advanced, in a good way, once you got into all of the Yarn and Netlify CLI stuff. I know just enough Git to do the basics so it was cool to see you think, and troubleshoot the remote paths on the fly. It was unclear, but I guess the last portion where the build is done locally on our machine should save us from using our monthly allotment of build time that Netlify gives us since that process didn't occur on their servers.
