Deploying and setting up HPE OneView for VMware vCenter

At 8 min 55 - why are the credentials entered that are obviously from a vcenter ([e-mail])? Shouldn't that be a user from Oneview - for example the Administrator from the appliance so possibly "Administrator" or maybe "local\Administrator"?
