Work permit is expiring, is CAD government promised you PR. They have your SOP, where you promised, you will get back home after the visa expires. Why protest then. Do you think Cad's government will think about foreigners over Canadian citizens. Just open your mind and have 2nd option always ready in legal way.

💯% agree with you. Send them back immediately after WP expires, many of them are garbage - not good for Canada. They have CAD experience, CAD study, go back to your home country once WP expires and let your file in pool for PR - if you are qualified you will get it from your home country too. Simple!
