Same here! Why go to the office when the same work is being done at home but creating more production? Theres so many pros to remote work. I actually work hard at home! The office means more traffic, gas stations are gonna be filled up, more late people going into work, more chatty time at the office, on incliment weather days we have to close the agencies, etc....i can go on! They should just fill the buidings with other activities if people are so concerned about building space being funded.

Hello I’m a newbie and enjoying the show❤ I just had to make my comment on the working from home topic.. gotta disagree.. I have worked from since the beginning of the pandemic and I have lost weight since I have been home and I’m more lean and stronger than I have ever been because I workout a lot from home. I don’t do all that snacking that I was doing when I was in the office. I always had great productivity in the office and it didn’t stop at home. I like to make sure that my work is complete every day before end of shift. I also have moved my father in and take care of him and have another business 😊 I have worked more with my first job even on weekends when not asked because I know the work load will be high and I have no back up. I have even gotten up 2 hrs early before my shift to stay on top of things ,so I would have to disagree at least for me I don’t know about everyone else but this works great for me, but if I had to go in I would be just going back in but I’m not a government worker so o well😊

It is also important to realize that many jobs can be created and filled due to the fact that federal employees eat out, order and frequent many of the establishments that surround their workplace. Pre-pandemic businesses were popping. Not so thereafter. I used to work in Crystal City, Arlington VA. I live in DC. I work for a nonprofit currently. Definitely, federal workers spend a lot of money on food near the workplace.

What you don’t understand is when people are in the office work husbands and wives form, affairs start etc. when you are in the office most do less work. In office you have way too many distractions people stopping to talk to you etc. you are flirting with your co workers etc overseas many are not in office but for some reason in the states it’s seen as lazy etc. bottom line the people who do not see the value of it are people who like to control others They want you in the space that they have leased etc they want their money worth for the space they took on a lease for Then they want to harass you and keep the politics going The bottom line is that it’s about control and they feel they can control micro manage you when you are in the space that they are having to pay for every month etc Keep in mind over seas it is not seen as an issues Some of these same companies operate very differently overseas than they do in the states No one is lying to you. I have not saw anyone I know that is fat or unhappy with being away from the drama in the workforce Do you know how many people are seeing therapist because of the workplace? It’s just the opposite of what you are saying The workplace is very brutal it’s like pre k but with adults Work place bullying is real Sexual harassment in the workplace and so much more Bad things going on. The people who don’t like it love to control others and that’s the bottom line. That is not true what you are saying people are not lazy
