Oh my shit, when I heard this in H.S. in 97' it blew me away. Firestorm?? Seriously?! More hate than Fear HAS to be the best Straight Edhe Song. I wasnt even straight edge and that song kicked my ass. It really is the perfect hardcore song in my eyes, lyrically and musically . So brutal in the best sense of the word

@@rz52608 Probably. There were only so many small clubs in CT at that time. I know the tune inn(not really small) stopped having "hardcore" bands after the owner got jacked by dms. The anthrax was long gone and Rudy's in New Haven was WAY to small to have this line up. There WAS the Hanover House in Meriden or Wallingford.

Psycho Flicks Productions - I’m from Albany and that’s what it’s called. AS/HC - it’s a historic offshoot of NY/HC and goes back to the early 80’s. Albany had one of the best HC scenes in the country for years. Many good bands came from there (Stigmata, Cutthroat, Section 8, Withstand, Straight Jacket etc.).

Psycho Flicks Productions "NY hardcore, Florida hardcore is all the same" nah, if you listen to Florida's or Orange County's hardcore catalogue, they're pretty innovative compare to the NY hardcore bands (except One King Down and Vision of Disorder). They're all not the same.
