Cheers mate needed this I’ve been contemplating wether to give up goalkeeping every time I go in goal in matches my heart is racing due to anxiety I wish I could control it and I’m gonna keep on trying but your video has helped me on a bit hopefully my anxiety’s will stop around goalkeeping 🙏

Didn't know about Craig! Very upsetting. That's an early, early age to face that kind of rejection. Awesome that you got a chance to play in the US for a couple of years! 'Keeper is the toughest position. 40 great saves, but one mistake - it's all on your back. Tough to take at any level, that. I imagine the fear you talk about is more widespread than people let on. I experienced it a lot at CB and know goalkeepers in the same boat. Very thought-provoking video and really well-said!
