@@ladybooksmith3347 @Lady Booksmith - I've done it & know countless other who have also. Maybe I should have said decades & decades. If you are able to find help from talk therapy in less time consider yourself one of the lucky ones! Counseling will also drain your bank account. It costs a Fortune! Don't get me wrong, I'm not Pro medication, or any therapy. It's just there is NO answer for effectively treating the disease in the majority of cases
