Jk Rowling. That’s who you should try to get on this show. That’d be an epic interview. I honestly doubt that she’d even do podcast interviews, but I’d love to watch that. She is a nutter and mostly what I would call Woke-lite... an actual radical feminist from before Wokeism excluded women as an oppressed identity. She believes in all the bat-guano patriarchy conspiracy theories from the 70's and 80's feminism and all the revisionist history of old school "Women's Studies" and "Feminist Theory".
@ssharp7552 жыл бұрын
I doubt she'd be willing to associate with Keri. She's as hypocritical as any other vapid left of centre celebrity and an ardent feminist, with allegiance to that particular identity politicking putting her at odds with those wanting to let men invade women's spaces as she would classify it.

From Ed Koch (of all people): If you agree with me on 9 out of 12 issues, vote for me. If you agree with me on 12 out of 12 issues, see a psychiatrist. Even the looney left used to realize that orthodoxy in belief systems is problematic. The people with these rigid beliefs are unable to think for themselves -- they are only able to agree with what others in their group tell them. These are the people who if you ask what they feel about a new topic, they would have to ask their group to tell them what they believe.

This is why Ryan is watched and is growing. Whether or not you like his approach he is coming at things with a far more level head then many people would think. He's intelligent and articulates what he's trying to tell people well. This is not something everyone can do. His dedication and ability to research and be on top of things is what makes him good at what he does. Keri you're a gem and I think these interviews are necessary to show this side of these guys that so many would see as just angry white dudes. Plus, you're fantastic and after seeing you on FNT I just enjoyed you and your takes. Keep up the great work.

I remember a time I didn't like Ryan all that well. Figured he was just hot air, being edgy for edgy's sake. When there was that blow up between him and Doomcock last year it killed my interest for the guy's take on entertainment, yet there's a bit of irony there in that it eventually had the reverse effect, where I'd rather hear what Ryan has to say nowadays than the other. Nowadays, I find Ryan a fascinating character and it helps that he takes jokes about him like a champ, just like how Nicky Rekieta rolls with being called all sorts of mean things. =P

31:50 Ryan is right in my experience as well as a 30 yr career Infantryman. Wokeness and the agenda existed long before President Obama in the military. It escalated over the years, but was there. I remember being preached to and nearly reprimanded...it was indoctrination and shaming/guilting. He is also correct...at least in the Infantry that was cracked jokes and laughed at it. We sat there, signed the attendance form...and moved on. I retired in 2015. So this was right as females were allowed into combat arms, and I didn't have to deal with it...but I can't imagine the problems those platoon and First Sergeants are having, especially when deployed

And Keri, to add to Ryan's comments on Last of Us 2, I was very angry with the game, but was still open to playing it, however after playing it the game is dead to me. Of all my 20+ years playing videogames; very few games have left a bitter taste in my mouth and this was one of them.

I first found and subbed to Ryan during the Hero Leaker days. I absolutely love TLOU, but those leaks showed us how Druckmann was LYING to entice people to buy TLOU2 -- KNOWING we'd hate it. Intentional "bait and switch" because he admitted he wanted to break fans' hearts, make us miserable. . . Yeah that's just what we needed in the midst of a pandemic and lockdown. 🤦🏾♀️🤬 And how Druckmann pushed the $120 "Ellie Edition" as if Ellie and Joel would still be the main characters, when the game kills off Joel by having him stupidly give his real name to Abby _which he never would've done!_ And Abby. . . 🤮 I'm a woman and even as a woman I was no way going to play as that piece of 💩 who bludgeons Joel to death and even bites off Ellie's fingers so she can't even play Joel's guitar. And also -- _"No, you won't have to kill the dogs"_ Druckmann PROMISED. But players DO, and even have to kill Abby's dog raised from a puppy. Killing dogs and hearing their owners mourn them isn't my idea of a good game. Happily, Ryan was one of the channels who kept us informed, I can't even remember how much I shared his TLOU2 videos. So when TLOU2 hit our local stores, many copies just sat on the shelves rotting, while Ghost of Tsushima kept selling out. 😁

@@RealKeriSmith What I really disliked too is that people tried smearing those who were very critical of the game of not understanding the story or of not being intelligent enough to understand the story. I found it funny how they tried to make all the excuses in the world for this game and the game undermines what the 1st one was which is honestly just sad to see such potential wasted.

Holy crap! Our journey through life is so similar. Got bored around second grade. Didn't do homework. Just aced the tests. Scored exceptionally high on the ASVAB. All the branches of the military called my house. Navy wanted me as a nuclear engineer on subs but I was 6'2". "You're basically at the limit of height we allow on subs." The last thing I wanted was to be "at the height limit" on a friggin' sub! I chose to be an Arab linguist in the US Air Force instead which was a good idea since I grew another inch. Got to be one of the few who actually fly in the Air Force. Had a blast and got out after six years. (Pre-woke Ronald Reagan military.) The smartest people I ever met were in the military... none of them officers. There are certain enlisted jobs in the military for the exceptionally intelligent people who didn't do what they were told. (homework)

Conservatism - the rules are fine, if you want to get ahead you need to work out how to play the game better. Progressive - the game is broken. We need to change the rules in order to make things better. Progressive feel the need to change things, change things for everyone and change from the top. Conservatives just want to be left alone to do their thing.

35:27 to 36:08 FYI with the quotas thing, under the civil rights act of 1968 they put in that companies, businesses and universities get a tax break for hiring people in minorities, which gave truth to the statement you were only hired because you were X and has kept the resentment for this going on and on for years, and as a matter of fact theirs a politician that the quartering regularly refers to as Pochahontis who used this to get her spot in harvard by claming she was 1% cherokee, when it turns out the only thing she had in relation with them was that her grandfather was under attack by them back in the day and survived, but they let it slide as she somehow proved she had 0.01 percent in her blood, like they used a vial from one of them for her and was allowed to keep her job, and had no one pull her tab or call for her dismissal, like it all comes from a we'll pay you to do the right thing put into that act that was most likely put in to sway the southern states, that most people probably gave the finger to anyways. and then you have the beancounters look at it and well.......... there was a reason why Regan was a democrat first and switched sides, and he did try to fix it, but between that and it being more profitable to be on wellfare they were never able to break it also when you tell ryan that, tell ryan I cant believe anyone would let him near that part of a ship, I still think he was a lead scrubber (as they used to use Lead Red Paint to Prime ships back in the day) with how shi'tty his ad'ditude is lol like this is honestly the most civil he's ever been, usually he's a right raging jackas's that I just shake my head at, and full disclosure I clicked on this just to laugh at him, only for it to be the first time he's ever been civil and been able to hold a conversation without derailing it with a rant. like 9 times out of 10 when you watch one of his videos his bias flies out like crazy, and I mean that just for his main, I dont even go to his second one.
