Episode suggestion : have blackhallow do a transport with some high value cargo (it could be something along the lines of a briefcase that has nuclear codes, a secret weapon, or a plane) via semi truck or a noose and PD following and it is up to you and bugs to figure out how to get the cargo away from them and get away from them. You could do something along the lines of stealing a cop car and joining in on the transport or finding a certain point that they have to make a complete stop making them variable to an attack.
