The father’s actions that day were not only lawful but necessary to hold a public official accountable. The video evidence this father has is irrefutable and shows clear Obstruction, Constitutional Violations, and his attempts to silence the father from exercising his rights. Alongside this, the two formal complaints and the signed acknowledgment on the notice of lawsuit provide irrefutable documentation. Deputy AG Goodenow signed his full name, official job title, the father’s name, date, and time directly on the notice before handing it back, an act filmed in its entirety. This shows that the interaction was transparent, documented, and undeniably authentic. The father returned a second time that day to have the legal notice of lawsuit and two formal complaints (one naming Deputy Att. Gen. and the other the Police). He refused service, obstructed justice, and threatened the father in front of a Licensed Process Server, a credible third-party witness. These notices, motions, evidence, etc. have all been made public on the court record under oath, backed by video evidence, signed statement from the Deputy Attorney General himself that day, and the Process Server (Witness). The First Amendment protects the right to record public officials in public spaces, ensuring accountability. Any suggestion of a "fake video" is a baseless deflection, easily countered by the multiple layers of corroborating evidence. This father’s courage in exercising his rights exemplifies the power of transparency in exposing systemic misconduct.

Told you they don't want the cameras around because they're up to no good. And what's this bs about the sign? A sign means nothing. Stop it. 😂

The two formal complaints, obstruction of justice, signature and statement he wrote on the unserved lawsuit notice, intimidation of the father, and his "Consciousness of Guilt" tell you everything about the situation that day. He got caught!

And someone can say they can caught you with your pants down while you're at an office. That means that you caught. They caught you with your pants down, stop. Arguing, take it because remember everyone in this holidays wearing party cams, especially when they're out in public, if a guy can walk through a door. That's not occur. Has someone buzing him in? And it's public property

From the Formal Complaints (x2) Filed against the Deputy Attorney General on December 9, 2024 by the father involved in this case, "Details of the Incident At approximately 12:12 PM HST today, I entered the public office area of the Attorney General’s Office to serve official notice of my intent to file a lawsuit. This notice pertains to ongoing systemic negligence that has endangered my children, Connor and Addison . Despite calling out “Hello, Aloha” loudly multiple times over the span of several minutes, no one responded. During this time, I could clearly hear what sounded like a man and a woman engaged in an intimate personal conversation behind a closed office door. I called out again, still receiving no response. Shortly after, an intern entered the office and knocked on the door of Deputy Attorney General Kenneth Goodenow. Moments later, Mr. Goodenow answered the door in an inappropriate and unprofessional state of dress: ● His pants were unfastened or down. ● His shirt was open and untucked. ● He was barefoot, wearing no shoes. He appeared visibly shocked, stuttered that he was “changing”, and requested a moment. Despite this, Mr. Goodenow proceeded to interact with me in this inappropriate state, conducting official business for the next 20 minutes in the public office space while still: ● Wearing an open, untucked shirt. ● Remaining barefoot, walking across the office floor. During this extended interaction, Mr. Goodenow: 1. Refused to accept my legal notice initially, showing outright hostility toward fulfilling his professional duties. 2. Begrudgingly issued an informal handwritten receipt after I insisted on proof of delivery. 3. Acted dismissively and irritably, making derogatory remarks about assisting me. 4. Objected to my lawful recording of the interaction, despite acting in his capacity as a public servant in a public office. This entire interaction, including Mr. Goodenow’s behavior, attire, and refusal to fulfill his obligations, was recorded on video. Why This Behavior Constitutes Gross Negligence 1. Failure to Fulfill Official Duties: As a Deputy Attorney General, Mr. Goodenow has a legal and ethical duty to interact professionally with members of the public and to fulfill his responsibilities, including accepting official documents. His refusal to initially accept my notice constitutes an obstruction of process and bad faith. 2. Unprofessional and Inappropriate Conduct: Conducting official business in a public office space while partially dressed (pants down, shirt open, no shoes) is completely unacceptable for a high-ranking public servant. This behavior erodes trust in the Attorney General’s Office and reflects gross unprofessionalism. 3. Contributing to Systemic Negligence: Mr. Goodenow’s conduct aligns with the broader pattern of systemic negligence and obstruction I have experienced at multiple levels: ○ Law enforcement ignoring clear evidence of harm. ○ CPS failing to act on repeated warnings. ○ Judicial inaction despite my documented pleas for intervention. His refusal to take my matter seriously only compounds these failures. "
