**READ ME** I should probably pin this comment here. Ive owed this bike for 11 years. I'm not looking to make the most powerful Airsal 77 there is, just trying to make a fun bike I can take off-road occasionally and have a good time being slow and revving the piss out of it hahaha. For more serious off-roading I have my Beta 125RR at my disposal. **EDIT A lot of people are upset that that the cylinder wasn't broken in. The video was shot over the span of about 2 months. I use the HEAT CYCLE METHOD to break in new cylinders and have been doing so since 2009. It wouldn't make for such a good video so it wasn't shown. ***EDIT I engine brake all my oil injected machines. Im pretty sure you've guys have seen videos of Aprilia RS250's, NSR250's, TZR on the street and track not pulling in the clutch EVERYTIME to slow down. Maybe 40, 50 years ago when the oils were really bad (I use motul 710), and the cylinders liners were also bad it may not of been the best idea but its perfectly fine in 2024. The parts for these Derbis are so cheap $200, $300 for a whole kit. Who the hell cares. I can rebuild the thing an infinite amount of times if i had to 😂.

It may be oil injected but if this engines anything like an am6, how much oil it’s getting is still controlled by the throttle cable

@Dylan-sw8jm you think after commuting on the bike 120 miles a day for two years and riding it here and there 9 years after that it would have oil starved by now, weird.

You need a bigger carb, just delete the oil pump and the airbox (you can just use one of those Malossi cone-shaped filters), You should also mix the gas and oil with a correct ratio. Stock oil mixers use a preset mix ratio made for the original cylinder so if you change the cylinder you must remove the oil mixer Hope this helps!

I have had alot of good success with the stage6 clutch If you want more advice from europe tuner let me know (: And if you want real performance Cylinder just go with an Italian one, these fuckers really know whats up honestly Also just change your crankshaft and bearings now to a quality ones. This is the only part you must invest money in if you start going above 70cc, original ones cant handle the RPMs and if you really want the performance out of your cylinder then you're also having to go higher rpm most of the time.
