From a Birmingham city fan. We received a point deduction from the EFL just like derby a couple years back, we totally understand the frustration and how the EFL can ruin clubs. For many fans football is everything and for a massive club like derby to be liquidated would be horrendous news for many. To be honest I was glad Derby drew with us as I really hope they stay up against all the odds. As we say in our famous chant. Keep right on to the end of the road

I know the English love the pyramid and I want it to stay but some major changes need to happen to make it truly a good system. The same owners still have our club in thier grasps but are backing our manager and thjngs have turned around! I feel for derby and the fans! Also what is the issue with the EFL? You would think the rules they have in place are to protect other clubs. I know DC fans are upset but hopefully they can understand the rules in place to protect the integrity of the leagues. I think you will see more clubs in the future in the same extreme circumstances that DC find themselves in. Owners or people who have the financial means to buy clubs, want to see a sport and league and organization where they can succeed and make money and right now owning football clubs in England is such a high risk.
